Your security, privacy and confidentiality are our top priority and that is why Sitsh Technology conducts a due diligence process that includes an assessment of the privacy laws in these countries to ensure that they have robust data protection laws in place.
Sitsh Technology affiliates and Third Party Service Providers that store or process your Personal Information on Sitsh Technology’s behalf are contractually committed to protecting and securing it in accordance with industry standards and regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.
Where Sitsh Technology transfers Personal Information from the European Union to a third country that the European Commission has determined does not adequately protect your information, Sitsh Technology takes additional steps to comply with European data protection laws.
Use of Cookies and Other Third Party Technologies
We and our Third Party Service Providers use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) to provide our Service and ensure it works properly, to analyze our performance and marketing activities, and to personalize your experience.
Please note that we do not alter our practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from a browser or mobile application. However, most browsers allow you to control Cookies, including telling you whether to accept them and how to delete them. You can set most browsers to notify you when you receive a Cookie, or to block all Cookies.
Communications from Sitsh Technology
We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages via email, text messages, notifications on our platform, marketing calls and similar forms of communication from Sitsh Technology or our partners (acting on behalf of Sitsh Technology) through these means.
If you do not wish to receive these promotional messages or calls, you may notify Sitsh Technology at any time or follow the “unsubscribe” or discontinue instructions contained in the promotional communications you receive.
Sitsh Technology may also contact you to provide you with important information about our services or how you use them. For example, we may notify you (by any means available to us) if a Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance; respond to your support ticket or email; send you a reminder or warning about upcoming or overdue payments for your current or future subscriptions; forward abuse complaints regarding your User Website; or notify you of important changes to our Services. It is important that you are always able to receive these messages. For this reason, you cannot opt out of receiving these Service or Billing Messages unless you are no longer a Sitsh Technology User (which can be done by deactivating your account).
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
Sitsh Technology believes that it is imperative that all Sitsh Technology users have control over their Personal Information. Therefore, depending on how you use the Sitsh Technology Services, you may have the right to request access, receive a copy, update, modify or delete, transfer certain Personal Information to another service, restrict or object to certain uses of your Personal Information (for example, for direct marketing purposes). Additionally, where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information (for example, for direct marketing), you may withdraw your consent at any time, and such withdrawal will take effect from that time onward.
Sitsh Technology will not charge you more if you exercise any of these rights and will continue to provide you with the same level of service.
If you are a Sitsh Technology user, you can access and correct many of your Personal Information directly through your account or through the online forms that Sitsh Technology makes available to you (as detailed below). You may also exercise your rights by sending your request to privacy@Sitshtechnology.com, by mailing it to Sitsh Technology, or by contacting our customer service. When we receive your legal request, we may take steps to verify your identity before responding to the request in order to protect your privacy and security.
Before responding to your request, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity or for security purposes. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law (for example, if your request is unfounded or excessive).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (although we still recommend that you contact us first).
If you are a Sitsh Technology User and would like to receive a copy of, access and/or ask us to correct the Personal Information we have stored with us (yours or your Users’), or if you would like to request a list of the Personal Information about you that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (if any), please follow the instructions provided in these Help Center articles: “Retrieving Your Sitsh Technology Account Data” or “Permanently Deleting Your Sitsh Technology Account”. You can also send your request by mail to contact@sitshtechnology.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request promptly (unless we must request additional information from you to fulfill your request), subject to legal and other permissible considerations.
Please note that permanently deleting your Sitsh Technology account erases all of your Personal Information from Sitsh Technology’s databases. Once this process is complete, you will no longer be able to use any of your Sitsh Technology Services, your account and all of its data will be permanently deleted, and Sitsh Technology will no longer be able to restore your account or recover your data. If you contact one of our support channels after this, the system will not recognize your account and our support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.
Questions and Complaints
If you have any questions or concerns about how we collect, use or disclose Personal Information, or if you believe that we have not complied with this Privacy Policy or applicable data protection laws, please contact us - our contact details are at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Our team of Data Protection Officers will investigate your complaint and determine whether a breach has occurred and what action, if any, to take. We take any privacy complaint seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your issue promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority at any time, but we recommend that you contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.
Data Retention
We may retain your Personal Information (as well as your Users' Personal Information) for as long as your User Account is active, as described in this Privacy Policy, or as needed to provide you with our Services.
We may continue to retain your Personal Information after you have deactivated your User Account and/or ceased using our Services, to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes involving our Users or their Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements, and/or protect our legitimate interests.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the data, the purposes for which we process it, and the applicable legal requirements.
Security
Sitsh Technology has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and we regularly maintain a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) certification. In addition, we regularly review our systems for potential vulnerabilities or attacks, and we regularly seek new ways and Third Party Services to further improve the security of our Services and better protect the privacy of our Visitors and Users.
Regardless of the measures and efforts made by Sitsh Technology, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, your Users' Personal Information or any other information you upload, post or share with Sitsh Technology or any other person. We encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account and User Website, and to avoid providing us or anyone else with sensitive Personal Information that you believe could cause you substantial or irreparable harm if disclosed.
In addition, because some areas of our Services are less secure than others (for example, if you set your support forum ticket to "Public" instead of "Private," or browse a non-SSL page), and because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure forms of communication, we ask and encourage you not to share Personal Information in these areas or through these methods.
Third-Party Websites
Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites or services. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every website and service you visit before providing us with your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites and services linked to this site.
Changes and Interpretation
We may change this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law, as well as to reflect changes in our practices for collecting, using or storing Personal Information. If we make changes that we consider “material” (in our sole discretion and in good faith), we will notify you (using one of the notification methods set out in Section 15.3 of the Terms of Use) before the change becomes effective. For any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you, seek your consent, and/or take any other action required by applicable law.
We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Unless otherwise stated, our most recent Privacy Policy applies to all information we have about you and your Users, regarding our Website, Sitsh Technology Apps, mobile applications, and other services.
The headings, captions, or section titles contained herein, and the explanations or summaries in the “#Simply” right-hand column, are provided for convenience only and do not define or explain any section or provision of this document; these elements do not legally bind us in any way.

You can access and view the other language versions by changing the language settings of your Sitsh Technology Website. If a translated (i.e. non-English) version of this Privacy Policy conflicts with its English version, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.
